Brand Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Manager to oversee the performance and growth of Unicharm products (BabyJoy Diapers, Sofy Sanitary Napkins, and Lifree Adult Diapers) in Oman. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, strengthening distribution, managing trade marketing activities, and ensuring the effective execution of brand strategies across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement annual brand and sales growth plans.

· Drive market share growth and achieve sales and profitability targets.

· Manage trade marketing activities, promotions, and in-store visibility programs.

· Work closely with Sales Managers and regional teams to maximize distribution and SKU availability across all channels.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.

· Support new product launches and category expansion initiatives.

· Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets and monitor ROI.

· Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and business partners.

· Prepare sales and market performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within the FMCG sector.

· Strong knowledge of trade marketing, distribution management, and retail operations.

· Proven ability to drive sales growth and execute market development strategies.

· Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· GCC market experience is preferred.
