We're looking for a Brand Manager to lead the growth and success of our brands through innovative marketing strategies, impactful campaigns, and strong business execution. At Dragon Edge Group , you'll take ownership of brand performance, identify opportunities for growth, and drive strategies that strengthen market presence and consumer engagement. Your work will help shape the future of our brands and support our mission to deliver 100 million products by 2031.

What You'll Do:

✔ Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand growth, market share, and profitability

✔ Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, brand activations, and product initiatives across multiple channels to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement

✔ Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions

✔ Drive brand performance by monitoring sales, market share, profitability, and key marketing metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved

✔ Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Creatives, Ecommerce, Finance, and external partners to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives

✔ Lead new product development and innovation initiatives, from identifying market opportunities to developing go-to-market strategies and executing successful launches

✔ Manage brand budgets and marketing investments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong return on investment

✔ Provide leadership and direction to the brand team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance

What We're Looking For:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

✅ At least 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing , preferably within FMCG or consumer goods, with demonstrated experience in managing brands and driving business growth

✅ Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and product launches

✅ Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing brand performance, marketing budgets, and profitability

✅ Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable business strategies

✅ Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions

✅ Creative, results-driven, and passionate about building brands that win in the market

✅ Can work in a hybrid setup with 4 days on-site
