We are looking for a Brand & Creative Manager to own our brand identity, lead the creative team, and drive impactful campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen overall brand identity & guidelines.
• Lead the team of designers, content creators, writers, video editors & interns.
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns for courses, admissions, placements, events & branch launches.
• Review and ensure quality of all creative and brand communication.
• Manage monthly & quarterly content calendars across Social Media, Website, YouTube & GMB.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, SEO & Admissions teams.
• Track brand and creative performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Mentor the creative team and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Creative Strategy or Marketing.
• Strong creative thinking with a business-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and team-management skills.
• Strong understanding of digital, social media and offline branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
