Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute brand strategies to build strong market positioning1.
2. Define and maintain brand guidelines, voice, and visual identity1.
3. Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends and consumer behavior1.
4. Plan long-term branding roadmap aligned with business goals1.
5. Lead branding-related marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness1.
6. Assign tasks, review work, and guide team members for continuous improvement1.
7. Collaborate with digital marketing, design, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment1.
8. Approve final content for ads, social media, website, and offline materials1.
9. Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and creative agencies1.

Brand Manager Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1.
2. 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative roles1.
3. Experience managing a brand or leading branding projects is preferred1.
4. Strong understanding of brand strategy, visual identity, and marketing communication1.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills1.
6. Strong leadership and project management capabilities1.
7. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions1.
8. Must be proficient in English (spoken & written)1.
9. Preferably able to speak Mandarin to coordinate with regional teams or stakeholders
