Brand Manager – FMCG

Salary: £45,000 - £50,00 including bonus & pension

In this role, you will take ownership of your brand portfolios while expanding your skills across consumer insight, category data, and shopper marketing. The business is agile, heavily invested in product development, and has a clear five-year plan for commercial growth. It is a collaborative environment where new ideas are welcomed and executed quickly.

What you will do:

• Drive brand strategy: Bring fresh, creative ideas to develop and execute marketing campaigns that deliver genuine commercial growth.
• Analyse market data: Interpret competitor and category insights to identify new opportunities in a major retail product category.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with a capable commercial team to align brand plans with wider business goals.
• Influence strategy: Build strong internal relationships to help shape the long-term direction of your brands.

What we are looking for:

• FMCG experience: A solid background in brand management, ideally within the food and drink sector.
• Retail market knowledge: Experience working with brands that supply major UK retailers is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills: The ability to look at data, spot trends, and turn them into actionable marketing solutions.
• Great communication: A clear, confident communicator who can comfortably present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset: Someone who is self-motivated, creative, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
