Brand Manager

· Responsible for the day-to-day operational management and execution of service activities related to Diesel Gensets, KOEL Engines, and associated Industrial Applications (Construction, Railways, etc.). The Service Manager leads the technical teams, ensures compliance with KOEL standards, manages customer relations at an operational level, and drives productivity and quality to achieve the dealership's Service Absorption Ratio and financial targets

Operational Management & Execution

· Directly supervise and manage Field Service Teams and Workshop Technicians to ensure efficient execution of all service jobs, including breakdowns, routine service, and overhauls.

· Oversee the scheduling and execution of all types of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and ensure completion as per manufacturer (KOEL) guidelines.

· Ensure effective Co-ordination between the Back-End (Parts/Logistics) and Front-End (Field Service) teams to minimize downtime and enhance customer service.

· Monitor and analyze team productivity to ensure achievement of 100%+ Service absorption ratio and meet revenue targets per event.

· Implement and enforce all service policies, operational procedures, and safety standards within the service department.

Customer and Claim Management

· Handle all operational customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

· Manage the initial assessment, documentation, and processing of warranty claims and post-warranty job work technical support for timely settlement with KOEL.

· Ensure field teams provide clear, technical support and maintain strong working relationships with influential customers during service visits.

Performance and People Management

· Conduct Monthly Review Meetings with the service team to track performance against key operational KPIs (e.g., response time, first-time fix rate, technician utilization).

· Identify training needs and assist the Head of Service in the Development, Training, and retention of Service Staff & Engineers.

· Implement improvement actions based on KPI analysis to achieve desired service targets and maintain quality standards.

· Ensure the service department operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements and KOEL's technical specifications.

Qualification:

Diploma or BE/B Tech . (Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical) is preferred.

Experience:

Min 5 Years of experience in the service domain within a reputed dealership or small-scale organization, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role, specifically handling Diesel Engines, Gensets, or heavy industrial equipment service.

Functional Expertise:

o Strong Knowledge of Diesel Engines and deep Expertise in the Service Domain (diagnostics, repair, overhauls).

o Strong working knowledge of service operational procedures, including warranty and service contract management.

o Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and diagnostic tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
