A leading premium beauty retail business is looking for a Brand Manager – Derma to drive business growth across sales, margins, product mix, inventory and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, margin and overall business growth
• Manage brand/category performance and profitability
• Oversee product mix, inventory planning and forecasting
• Analyse market, consumer and competitive trends
• Identify opportunities for business and profit growth
• Work closely with merchandising, finance, marketing and other cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For:

• 7–12 years of experience in beauty, skincare or dermocosmetics
• Strong commercial and analytical orientation
• Experience in brand/category management, retail or e-commerce
• Exposure to sales, margins, inventory and P&L
• Strong understanding of premium/luxury beauty and consumer trends
