About the Role:

We're looking for a Brand Manager (L3) to independently manage multiple client accounts across Amazon and ecommerce platforms. This role owns execution, leads client communication, and contributes to strategy while ensuring performance goals are met.

This is an international independent contractor role, intended for candidates based outside of the United States. Contractors are engaged on a project-based basis and are responsible for managing their own local tax obligations and compliance requirements. This role requires regular working hour overlap with the Eastern Time (EST) time zone to support collaboration with internal teams and client communication. Compensation is paid on a semi-monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day management of assigned brands across execution and performance.
• Lead client calls and provide performance updates and next steps.
• Monitor KPIs (sales, TACoS, conversion rate, Buy Box, etc.) and identify gaps.
• Coordinate with advertising, creative, and catalog teams to drive results.
• Support and contribute to strategic growth initiatives (launches, optimizations).
• Assist in QBR preparation and performance storytelling.
• Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and support junior team members.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Amazon brand management, ecommerce, or agency account management.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
• Familiarity with key performance metrics (TACoS, ROAS, conversion rate).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work regular hours overlapping with Eastern Time (EST).
• Fluent in written and spoken English for client communication and remote collaboration.

Compensation:

$15,000.00 to $24,000.00 USD per year (based on experience).

Work Location:

Fully Remote (Open to international candidates only.)

Pay: Php925,000.00 - Php1,480,000.00 per year
