Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager who will be responsible for managing and executing marketing programs for the company’s assigned product lines. The role will focus on increasing product market share, strengthening product acceptance, and supporting overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing programs for assigned pharmaceutical product lines.
• Develop marketing plans based on comprehensive market and sales analysis.
• Monitor and ensure the proper implementation of approved marketing plans.
• Monitor product availability, inventory/stock levels, and promotional materials.
• Conduct periodic and regular product and marketing training sessions with Medical Representatives.
• Establish and maintain professional business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Prepare and submit regular marketing reports and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, market presence, and overall acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Web Platforms.
• Strong decision-making, planning, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams.
