Job Overview :

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing activities that strengthen our brand presence and reach the target audience. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and have a good understanding of digital marketing and branding.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct market research to understand customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
• Plan and coordinate brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Work closely with design and content teams to create marketing materials and creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key marketing metrics.
• Identify new ideas and opportunities to improve brand visibility.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication across different platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest branding, social media, and digital marketing trends.
• Support the marketing team in day-to-day brand and promotional activities.

Requirements :

• 13 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing.
• Good understanding of branding, social media, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and content-writing skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop new marketing ideas.
• Good market research and analytical skills.
• Experience working with design and content teams.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities and meet deadlines.
