Brand Marketing Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Brand Marketing Associate to support our sales and marketing initiatives. This role combines marketing execution, brand development, sales reporting, content creation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong brand awareness while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate marketing events, activations, and community engagements.
• Develop marketing collateral while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales Support, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing software/tools (Social media management tools) is a plus.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday (7 AM-5:00 PM)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
