Brand Marketing

We are looking for a proactive Brand Marketing Manager to support planning and execution of brand campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations, working closely with the Chief Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and business objectives
  • Support execution of the brand calendar and campaigns end-to-end
  • Work with agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing collaterals
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities and internal coordination
  • Develop collaterals (ads, brochures, one-pagers, standees) and support content creation
  • Ensure brand compliance and manage internal approvals
  • Track campaign performance and share insights for optimization
  • Monitor competition and suggest ideas to improve brand visibility and recall

Requirements:

• 24 years of experience in brand marketing (BFSI preferred)
  • Strong execution and project coordination skills
  • Good understanding of campaigns, content, and brand communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to create impactful decks
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and analytics (Google Analytics is a plus)
