Brand Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling - Lead creation of all brand content (digital, social, in-store, campaign assets) - Develop engaging content that drives business outcomes - Maintain consistent brand voice and identity 2. AI-First Content Execution - Leverage AI tools for design, video, copy and automation - Experiment with emerging tools and formats - Build efficient content pipelines 3. Campaign Ideation & Experimentation - Execute high-impact ideas with speed - Run experiments and iterate using performance metrics 4. Stakeholder & Agency Management - Work with internal teams to understand business needs - Brief and manage agencies and partners - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs 5. Execution Excellence - Own timelines and project delivery - Ensure high standards of quality- ly, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, performance marketing, and campaign execution best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
