Brand Partnership Director

The Role

The Brand Partnership Director will be responsible for running and managing a group of our brand partners in the Sports, Fashion, LifestyleEntertainment categories. You will oversee brand relationships, lead the development of highly creative branded content and entertainment campaigns, and work closely with clients to identify and deliver against their brand objectives.

You will collaborate closely with the rest of the OBB team based in Los Angeles, New YorkLondon, but you will ultimately be responsible for the overall health of your client portfolio - creatively, strategically, and commercially. This means setting the vision for the work, inspiring internal teams, managing budgets, and ensuring flawless delivery.

We are looking for someone who can confidently navigate traditional advertising disciplines, brand sponsorships/partnerships and the rapidly evolving branded content/entertainment space - someone who can seamlessly move between creative ideation, talent partnerships, sponsorships, production, and client business strategy

You are equally comfortable discussing big-picture brand strategy, talent casting, and detailed production timelines. You know how to build trusting relationships with clients, while still pushing for creative excellence in non-traditional forms (i.e. branded content, entertainment, IP).
