Australian Outdoor Living is seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our established Brand Promotion team. No previous sales experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working at our branded pop‑up stands in major retail shopping centres, you'll chat with customers, answer questions, and share information about our high‑quality, Australian‑made products in a warm and approachable way.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote Australian Outdoor Living's products to potential customers
• Engage shoppers and generate leads
• Meet and exceed KPIs
• Use basic objection handling techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Represent and be an ambassador for the Australian Outdoor Living brand

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

This role offers daytime shifts between 9am and 5:30pm, with approximately 15–25 hours per week available — ideal for people balancing study, family commitments, semi‑retirement, or anyone looking for meaningful work that fits around their lifestyle.

• $34.76 per hour plus super (paid weekly)
• Weekly and monthly bonus incentives
• 15-25 hours across a 7‑day rotating roster (availability agreed in advance)

• Available to work across a 7-day rotating roster
• Hold a full driver's licence
