Brand Relationships Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct brand research across relevant industries and categories.

- Research and identify the right Points of Contact (POCs) within brands, including Marketing, Brand, Partnerships, Digital and Growth teams.

- Collect and maintain accurate brand and POC details, including company information, designation, LinkedIn profiles and contact details.

- Maintain and regularly update the Google Excel/brand database with accurate and organised information.

- Support the team in bulk email campaigns, including preparing email lists, verifying data and sending outreach emails.

- Track email outreach and maintain records of responses, follow-ups and communication status.

- Ensure the research database is updated, accurate and free of duplicates.

KPIs

- Number of brands researched per week/month.

- Number of relevant POCs identified and mapped.

- Accuracy and completeness of brand and POC data.

- Google Excel/database maintenance and timely updates.

- Number of bulk emails sent as per the assigned target.

- Email database accuracy and minimum bounce/invalid email rate.

- Response and follow-up tracking for all outreach campaigns.

- Timely completion of assigned research and outreach tasks.Role & responsibilities
