Throughout the greater Durham area, you'll bring Verizon Wireless into everyday conversations, introduce customers to current products and promotions, and create enough interest for them to want to know more. From there, you'll learn how strong brand communication can naturally develop into sales and enrollment.

What the Brand Representative Will Work On

• Build familiarity with Verizon Wireless so you can speak about the brand without making every interaction sound like a rehearsed sales pitch.
• Find natural openings for conversation and learn how to capture someone's attention within the first few moments.
• Use questions, examples, and product knowledge to make wireless options relevant to the person you're speaking with.
• Recognize when casual interest becomes genuine buying interest and transition the conversation toward sales.
• Help interested customers understand their next steps and complete sales enrollment accurately.
• Compare what you're hearing in the field with other Brand Representative team members to identify which messages are creating the strongest response.
