Responsibilities

• Actively promote our brand at events, retail locations, and community gatherings to increase visibility and engagement.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to potential customers.
• Build rapport with consumers by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns with enthusiasm.
• Communicate key brand messages clearly and confidently through public speaking and one-on-one interactions.
• Collect feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude to represent the brand effectively at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• (MUST) be a bilingual; we prefer Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, Korean, French speakers, but any other language would be an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, are crucial for engaging customers confidently.
• Experience in public speaking or conducting product demos will give you an edge in delivering impactful presentations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple engagements seamlessly.
