Responsibilities

• Represent the brand confidently to potential leads through driving memorable conversations.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to inspire customer curiosity and confidence.
• Collect valuable data during interactions to help refine marketing strategies and improve customer insights.
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, active listening, and personalized product recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions effectively while addressing customer questions or objections with professionalism.

Skills

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is highly advantageous for understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work in team setting is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers and fostering loyalty.
• Experience in public speaking or presenting product demos confidently in front of groups.
• Ability to handle sales objections tactfully while maintaining a positive attitude; skilled in promoting products convincingly.
