Brand Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Brand Representative to be the vibrant face of our brand in various face to face settings. This entry level role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers directly, promote our products, and build lasting relationships that elevate brand awareness. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for showcasing products and services through in-person presentations and consultations creating memorable customer experiences that drive brand loyalty and sales. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us connect authentically with diverse audiences and expand our market reach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
• Promote products actively through in-person follow ups
• Collect valuable customer data to support marketing campaigns and improve outreach strategies and share the data during end of day breakdowns
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional in-person service and addressing questions or concerns
• Handle sales transactions confidently, including overcoming objections and closing sales effectively
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of services to answer customer inquiries accurately
• Represent the brand professionally at all times, embodying its values and messaging
• Assist with training and product knowledge once proficient

Experience

• Prior food service experience or experience working in retail sales environments is highly desirable
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customer groups
• Experience in marketing or public speaking helps in engaging audiences confidently
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Technical proficiency with digital devices, such as tablets
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for clear messaging
• Knowledge of branding principles and product promotion techniques is advantageous

Pay: $600.00 - $920.00 per week
