Brand Representative

Duties

• Actively promote products and brand messaging through in-person interactions at retail locations, events, and promotional activities
• Engage with Social Media campaign by creating pre-script videos and taking required pictures for events.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers
• Collect valuable data during interactions to support marketing insights and campaign effectiveness
• Manage social media platforms by sharing event updates, engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and handling objections confidently
• Assist in organizing and executing event marketing initiatives to maximize brand exposure
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail store products to effectively communicate features and advantages to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail environments is highly advantageous for understanding customer needs
• Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer feedback and engagement metrics
• Proficiency in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content is preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse audiences
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills to confidently present products and brand messages
• Ability to handle sales objections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with event marketing, product demos, or in-person customer service enhances your fit for this role
• Technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or other digital tools used for data entry and social media management

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
