Brand Representative - Paid Training

Chosen Innovations is expanding its team in the Olympia area, and we’re looking for people who enjoy working with others and are ready to develop practical skills in sales, marketing, and customer relations.

As a Brand Representative, you’ll represent a well-known telecommunications brand inside our retail partner locations, helping shoppers explore available products, services, and promotions. You’ll learn how to start conversations, identify customer needs, and guide people toward solutions that make sense for them. You’ll also work closely with a supportive team while building confidence and experience in a customer-facing environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Brand Representative:

• Represent our clients through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional sales events
• Engage shoppers in conversation to introduce available products, services, and current promotions
• Ask questions to understand customer preferences and identify options that align with their needs
• Guide interested customers through the sales process while providing helpful, attentive service
• Collaborate with teammates to work toward individual sales targets and overall team results
• Participate in regular team discussions, skill-building sessions, and one-on-one coaching
