Brand Specialist

Role Purpose

The Brand Specialist supports the delivery of brand and marketing activities across BEEAH’s sub-brands, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and initiatives. The role ensures consistent brand identity, messaging, and communications in line with BEEAH’s standards.

Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day brand and marketing requirements for assigned business units.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns from briefing through execution and final delivery.
• Review creative materials to ensure quality and brand compliance.
• Manage creative, digital, social media, production, event, and activation agencies.
• Coordinate stakeholder requirements, approvals, project timelines, marketing plans, and trackers.
• Support website, content, social media, events, and activation activities.
• Comply with HR and HSE policies, standards, reporting, and training requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or account management.
• Experience working with creative, digital, and production agencies.
• Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or client accounts is preferred.
• UAE or GCC market experience and relevant professional certification are desirable.

• Strong knowledge of branding, marketing campaigns, communications, and brand governance.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and creative judgement.
