Brand Specialist 品牌營銷專員（助理-主管）

崗位職責:
1.負責擬定捲煙品牌策略，負責品牌管理體系建設；
2.負責建立並維護品牌資料庫，系統收集分析自有品牌及競爭品牌資訊，包括宣傳推廣及產品包裝、口味、價格、技術指標、市場表現等資訊，為制定品牌策略提供資訊支撐；
3.負責擬定品牌宣傳推廣策略，策劃並執行品牌宣傳推廣方案；
4.負責協調產品開發、改良及維護等相關事宜；
5.負責策劃並組織實施品牌市場調研專案，跟蹤消費趨勢及競品動態；
6.負責定期撰寫品牌分析報告，評估品牌表現及營銷活動效果，制定優化方案。
7.完成公司或部門交辦的其他任務。

崗位要求
1.本科學歷及以上，品牌管理、市場行銷、廣告學等相關專業優先；
2.3年以上品牌管理或市場營銷相關工作經驗優先，熟悉品牌管理全流程；
3.具備專業的市場及產品資訊分析能力，熟練掌握品牌管理相關理論與工具；
4.具備產品包裝設計基礎知識或相關經驗優先，能夠參與產品視覺呈現的溝通與協調；
5.具備較強的綜合分析能力，能夠獨立完成品牌調研及分析報告撰寫；
6.具備良好的中英文書面商務寫作能力及溝通能力，中英文為必要的工作語言。

Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for formulating cigarette brand strategies and establishing the brand management system.
2.Responsible for establishing and maintaining a brand database; systematically collecting and analyzing information on own brands and competing brands, including promotional activities, product packaging, taste, pricing, technical specifications, and market performance, to provide informational support for brand strategy development.
3.Responsible for formulating brand promotion strategies and planning and executing brand promotion programs.
4.Responsible for coordinating matters related to product development, improvement, and maintenance.
5.Responsible for planning and organizing brand market research projects to track consumption trends and competitor activities.
6.Responsible for regularly writing brand analysis reports, evaluating brand performance and the effectiveness of marketing activities, and developing optimization plans.
7.Complete other tasks assigned by the company or the department.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Brand Management, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields are preferred.
2.More than 3 years of relevant work experience in brand management or marketing is preferred; familiarity with the entire brand management process.
3.Possess professional analytical skills for market and product information, with a solid command of brand management theories and tools.
4.Basic knowledge or relevant experience in product packaging design is preferred; ability to participate in the communication and coordination of product visual presentation.
5.Possess strong comprehensive analytical skills, with the ability to independently complete brand research and analysis reports.
6.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; proficiency in both Chinese and English is a necessary working language.
