Impact You'll Own

• Drive brand growth by translating customer insights into positioning, campaigns, and channel strategies that strengthen brand relevance and customer engagement.
• Optimize marketing performance through audience-led planning, effective media investments, and data-driven decision making.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Identify target audiences and develop customer-focused marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
• Build and execute integrated marketing plans across advertising, digital, events, promotions, and customer engagement channels.
• Develop brand positioning, creative platforms, and communication guidelines to ensure consistent execution.
• Conduct consumer and market research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and purchase drivers.
• Design, monitor, and optimize media plans and campaign investments to maximize impact and business results.
• Translate business challenges and customer insights into actionable briefs for internal teams and agency partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage campaign execution, timelines, budgets, and approvals.
• Analyze brand, campaign, and customer performance data to identify opportunities and improve future initiatives.
• Monitor market, competitor, cultural, and media trends to maintain brand relevance and support growth objectives.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, marketing, or campaign planning.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
