We are passionate about building brands that matter, and we are looking for a driven Brand Support Executive to join our marketing team and help take our brands to the next level.

About the role

Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will take ownership of your assigned brand portfolio and support the delivery of brand performance, sales, and profitability targets. This is a hands-on role spanning brand management, trade marketing, sales operations, and administrative support — ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Support the Brand Manager/Assistant Manager in daily brand and marketing activities.
2. Coordinate promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
3. Prepare marketing materials and sales support information.
4. Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market activities.
5. Track sales and promotional performance and prepare simple reports.
6. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, agencies, and suppliers.
7. Prepare/Handle POSM, samples, invoices, purchase orders, and documentation.
8. Assist with events, and other assigned brand activities.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
2. Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
5. Analytical and comfortable working with sales and promotional data.
6. Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
7. Fresh Grad are Welcome
8. Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer products is an advantage.
