What they need
- Formulate, align, and execute overall brand strategies, campaign roadmaps, and integrated communication plans consistent with business objectives.
- Directly draft and structure campaign proposals, and project presentations for executive management review.
- Partner strategically with the Creative Manager to establish creative direction, brand stories, campaign concepts, and visual guidelines.
- Lead campaign reporting and performance tracking (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly); continuously monitor project progress, ROI, brand health, and campaign timelines.
- Oversee brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, including digital channels, PR/media, packaging, and in-store retail activations.
- Drive market research and consumer insight initiatives to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor tactics, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with R&D, Merchandise, Operations, and manage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of Brand Executives and Interns; set clear KPIs/OKRs and conduct performance evaluations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Campaign Planning, or Marketing Strategy (F&B or retail background strongly preferred).
- Strong track record in developing campaign proposals, and delivering persuasive project presentations.
- Basic English proficiency is required.
- Proficiency in Figma is a major plus (for crafting proposals, pitch decks, layout framing, and creative team collaboration).
- Sharp commercial acumen combined with high visual aesthetic standards and meticulous attention to detail.
