Brand Trainer

We are looking for a Brand Trainer who will be responsible for delivering effective training, coaching, and certification programs across our restaurant/store operations.

This is a field-based position that requires regular travel to assigned stores and training locations. The Brand Trainer may also be required to report to our Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig City for meetings, training preparation, documentation, reporting, and other business requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct training and re-training sessions for newly hired and existing store employees.
• Ensure all training sessions are delivered according to the approved Training Calendar, training modules, and operational standards.
• Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training in assigned stores.
• Assess trainees' knowledge, skills, performance, and readiness for store deployment.
• Conduct examinations, practical assessments, and skills certification based on established brand standards.
• Provide coaching and daily guidance to trainees and monitor their progress throughout the training period.
• Conduct post-training follow-ups and coaching to ensure employees properly apply what they learned in actual store operations.
• Ensure trainees consistently follow company SOPs, food safety, service, and operational standards.
• Maintain complete and accurate training records, attendance, assessments, daily logs, progress reports, and other required documentation.
• Submit training reports and other required documentation within established deadlines.
• Coordinate with Store Management and Operations regarding trainee performance, training needs, and areas requiring improvement.
• Provide training support to assigned stores and ensure completion of required training activities.
• Support new store openings by ensuring newly assigned employees are properly trained, assessed, and ready for deployment.
• Identify skills and performance gaps and recommend appropriate coaching or re-training interventions.
• Ensure training programs are delivered completely without missing required topics or competencies.
• Perform other training and operational support responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Readiness and training support for new store openings

WORK ARRANGEMENT

Work Setup: Primarily Field-Based
Field Assignment: Different store locations depending on training requirements
Head Office: Ortigas, Pasig City – reporting may be required as scheduled or when summoned by Management
Schedule: May vary depending on training schedules, store operations, and business requirements
