Branding and Graphic Designer Intern

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Monitor content performance and assist in simple reporting and analysis
• Support sales activities and promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
• Assist in planning and executing seasonal sales events and promotions.
• Assist with reservation arrangements and coordinate closely with the front desk team.
• Handle customer enquiries at the front desk reception counter.
• Manage customer requests and assist in problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support tourism and cultural product promotion through sales channels and events.
• Conduct market research and basic analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales materials, reports, and lead tracking.
• Support day-to-day sales and front desk operations as required.
