Key Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and ensure customer delight.
• Handle sales and servicing for distributors and walk-in customers, including product guidance based on market conditions and investor requirements.
• Manage and process customer applications in line with compliance guidelines, documentation requirements, and defined TATs.
• Resolve service queries within TAT, manage critical queries, and handle customer escalations effectively.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of records and coordinate with HO for query resolution and updates.
• Ensure zero-error processing of transactions and maintain accuracy in all operational activities.
• Coordinate with CAMS/RTA on a daily basis for transaction, service, and operational issue resolution.
• Handle PMS operations, including client onboarding, documentation, account opening, transaction processing, reporting, reconciliation, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
• Support PMS client servicing and operational queries, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to process guidelines.
• Drive cross-selling of AMC/securities/wealth products and support customer retention.
• Manage irate customers professionally and ensure effective resolution of complaints and escalations.
• Handle day-to-day administrative and branch-level operational activities.
• Stay updated on AMC products, Mutual Funds, PMS, market trends, and regulatory/compliance guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 26 years in AMC, Securities, Wealth Management, Broking, Mutual Fund, PMS, or other Financial Services.
• Candidates with experience in Customer Service + Operations + PMS will be preferred.
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, investment products, and financial markets.
• Strong communication, customer handling, and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of KYC, transaction processing, reconciliation, compliance, and RTA/CAMS coordination.
• Graduate in any discipline; NISM certification will be an added advantage.
