Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread according to required standards.\
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Monitor dough preparation, proofing, and baking processes.
• Ensure consistency in the quality and appearance of finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene within the bakery.
• Properly operate and care for baking equipment.
• Monitor ingredients and report shortages when necessary.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of O-Level qualification.
• Previous experience as a bread baker is required.
• Good knowledge of bread production and baking processes.
• Ability to mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake bread effectively.
• Good knowledge of proper measurements, ingredients, and baking techniques.
• Must be hardworking, neat, reliable, and responsible.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized baking environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work shift-based duties.
• Applicants residing in proximity to GRA Phase 2 will be given preference.
