Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bread Baker to join our team full-time or part-time The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in all aspects of bread production, including mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of breads, with a strong focus on baguettes and artisan loaves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix, ferment, and prepare doughs using traditional and modern techniques
• Shape and score breads, including baguettes, with consistency and precision
• Operate ovens and manage baking schedules to ensure quality and efficiency
• Monitor fermentation and proofing to achieve optimal results
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Follow recipes while also contributing to product consistency and improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bread baker (artisan bakery experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and baking techniques
• Ability to produce high-quality baguettes and other breads consistently
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of flour

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread Baker to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, delicious bread and baked goods that delight our customers. Your expertise in baking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations will ensure that every product meets our standards of freshness, flavor, and presentation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, pastries, and other baked goods following established recipes and quality standards
• Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking times to ensure optimal texture and flavor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station, including equipment sanitation and ingredient storage
• Assist with food production tasks such as mixing, portioning, and assembling baked goods
• Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and responding to customer inquiries when needed
• Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or culinary environments with a focus on bread making
• Ability to operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and knives safely and efficiently
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
