Duties

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, breads and bagels
• Assist in food production processes, including mixing, baking, and assembling bread items according to recipes.
• Support food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining efficiency and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in bread baking, general baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting.
• Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen safety practices.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques including cooking, baking, and food presentation.
• Experience with packaging baked goods for retail or catering purposes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen tools used in baking and food prep.
