Bread Mixer

Deerfields Bakery in Buffalo Grove is looking for a Bread Mixerr to join our growing company.

Daytime hours, approximately 6:00am-2:30pm.

We are a retail and wholesale company in the baking industry.

Our ideal employee will have great communication skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and be able to work at a fast pace.

Experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

• Follow recipes and procedures
• Measure, mix, shape and bake according to the production schedule
• Work with laminated dough
• Organize ingredient storage, supplies, equipment, and workspaces
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
• Experience preferred.
• Salary based on experience.
• Sanitation certificate required.
