We're looking for a 1099 Bread Route Order Specialist to accurately organize and prepare daily bread orders for our delivery drivers. Your work ensures each driver has the correct products loaded and ready to deliver to customers on time.

Responsibilities

• Organize bread, chips, and other products by delivery route.
• Build accurate customer orders using heavy-duty plastic trays and product boxes.
• Stage completed orders on carts for efficient loading.
• Assist drivers with loading orders into trailers before departure.
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work efficiently to meet early morning delivery schedules.

Physical Requirements

This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

• Lift and move heavy-duty plastic trays filled with bread products up to 50 lbs.
• Lift and carry boxes of bread products and chips and place onto wheeled carts.
• Push and pull loaded carts.
• Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Read order sheets, write as needed, and pay close attention to detail.

Schedule

• Early morning shifts: 1:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Multiple days per week
• Consistent schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs
