Job Title:

Kitchen Breader / Breading Station Cook

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing and breading all proteins to ensure consistent quality and supply during high-volume service hours. This physically demanding role requires adherence to strict food safety and quality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bread and prepare proteins according to standardized recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized breading station at all times.
• Ensure all products meet quality and portion standards before service.
• Work independently to keep up with kitchen demand during peak sales hours.
• Monitor and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
• Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
• Perform routine cleaning and deep-cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, repetitive motions).
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Knowledge of food safety practices (ServSafe certification a plus).
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of the team.

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
