Breakdown supervisor

Core Responsibilities

Emergency Response & Repair Management

• Prioritize incoming breakdown requests based on production impact and resource availability.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults alongside technicians to speed up troubleshooting.
• Deploy maintenance crews efficiently to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
• Coordinate external contractors or specialized service engineers when specialized repairs are needed.

Team Leadership & Performance

• Supervise and mentor a shift team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics.
• Conduct shift handovers to communicate ongoing equipment issues, pending repairs, and safety concerns.
• Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and coordinate technical training.

Inventory & Resource Control

• Manage critical spare parts inventory to ensure immediate availability during emergencies.
• Sourcing and ordering parts urgently when required to resolve high-priority breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment in optimal working condition.

Pay: ₹9,100.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
