Breakfast Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Assistant to join our team. As a Breakfast Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting with food preparation, providing excellent guest services, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Breakfast Service. Breakfast times can be busy as The Cliff Hotel & Spa is a 76 bedroom hotel with occupancy at a high level throughout the year. Successful applicants will need to prepare and serve breakfast items in a guest facing kitchen.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

The hourly salary for this post is above the current National Minimum and National Living Wage rates. The hourly salary noted for this post (starting at £12.85 an hour) is based on applicants being aged 21 years or over. Please note that if the successful applicant is younger the hourly rate may be less.
