This position is Saturday and Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. In this lively role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast offerings, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable mornings for our guests, fostering a warm and hospitable atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service
• Help guests with friendly, attentive customer service in person skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and food warmers
• Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks following proper safety guidelines
• Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving food supplies and equipment to prevent injury
• Uphold food safety management standards by adhering to hygiene practices and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude in in-person interactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual handling tasks comfortably

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
