Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients accurately
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations
• Greet guests warmly in person, providing excellent customer service and addressing any special dietary requests or inquiries
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining attention to detail in handling money and receipts

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality, especially in fine dining or restaurant settings, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitizing procedures
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks such as lifting trays and weight handling in the workplace safely
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and basic culinary techniques
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor in person interactions
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts
• Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible shifts as needed in a fast-paced environment
