Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive in-person customer service throughout breakfast hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffet stations, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including slicing, plating, and portioning food items as needed
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and food warmers
• Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace when restocking supplies or clearing tables
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly service to all guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures to ensure compliance with health standards
• Ability to perform food handling tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing inventory counts
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on in-person engagement and hospitality excellence
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform manual handling tasks

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
