Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and utensils, following strict food safety sanitizing procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, grills, and warming trays
• Assist with food handling and portioning to ensure proper weight handling in the workplace while adhering to food safety regulations
• Greet guests warmly in person, answer their questions about menu options, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining a friendly demeanor
• Support catering or banquet setups as needed, ensuring all food presentation aligns with our hospitality standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; culinary or catering experience is a plus
• Fine dining experience or knowledge of food industry standards enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
• Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures ensures compliance with health regulations
• Experience operating kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, grills, or warming trays demonstrates technical proficiency
• Customer service skills developed through in-person interactions foster positive guest experiences
• Knowledge of wine or beverage service can add value when assisting guests with drink selections
• Previous roles involving processing cash transactions or using POS systems support smooth operational flow

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
