Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following strict sanitizing procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations
• Assist with food handling, storage, and replenishment to ensure freshness and availability throughout service hours
• Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining accountability for cash handling procedures
• Follow food safety management protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Putting away orders once a week.

Requirements

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures
• Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with banquet or catering services is beneficial but not mandatory
