Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast room and kitchen area, including proper food storage
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Cleaning the tables and providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding food

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel breakfast is preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation practices
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
