Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards.
• Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Assist guests with food selections, dietary needs, and special requests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food service equipment throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group reservations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow during busy breakfast hours.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles enhances your suitability for this position.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus.
