Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. Duties

• Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Restock food and beverage stations with supplies as needed
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service
• Manage food handling responsibilities following safety protocols
• Clear tables, bussing dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment
• Support catering or banquet setups if required
• Follow proper food safety procedures and maintain hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy breakfast hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred; kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work mornings during breakfast hours, including weekends if necessary
• Customer service-oriented attitude with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills
• Basic culinary skills including meal preparation, food presentation, and possibly knife skills or meat cutting are beneficial
• Experience in hotel or restaurant settings, including serving or host/host roles, is desirable
