Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast counter, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Heat food to safe handling procedures
• Replenish breakfast items as needed
• Make coffee
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and service utensils through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Buss tables promptly to keep the dining space tidy and inviting for guests
• Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs

Experience

• Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills are highly valued
• Experience with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hotel setting
• Background in catering, banquet service, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to excel in this position
• Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety regulations ensures a safe dining environment
• Experience as a host/hostess, barista, or in customer service roles contributes to delivering exceptional guest relations

Requirements

• Must be available 5AM-12PM daily
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail in ensuring the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
