We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and providing in-person customer service that exceeds expectations. Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of breakfast foods, including hot and cold items, with attention to presentation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, following food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays.
• Assist with food handling tasks, including portioning, plating, and replenishing buffet items as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety management standards by monitoring temperature controls and sanitation practices.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems while providing friendly in-person customer service.
• Support team members with manual handling tasks such as lifting supplies or food containers safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocols.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment and adhering to sanitizing procedures.
• Ability to handle weight in the workplace responsibly while performing manual tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of wine pairing or beverage service is a plus but not required.
• Previous catering or hospitality experience is advantageous; culinary background is preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
