Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and equipment, following strict sanitizing procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays.
• Assist with food handling and processing cash transactions at the point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests.
• Follow food safety management protocols to ensure all food handling meets industry standards for hygiene and sanitation.
• Support catering or special event setups as needed, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or catering is highly desirable; experience in fine dining or culinary environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform manual handling tasks such as weight handling in the workplace.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Hospitality or food industry experience preferred; a background in catering or culinary arts is advantageous.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
