Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations
• Handle manual tasks such as food portioning, and packaging with precision
• Providing friendly in-person customer service
• Restock supplies regularly and assist with setup for buffet or catering services when needed
• Adhere to food handling guidelines, dietary restrictions, and allergy protocols to ensure guest safety
• Support team members in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere through excellent service and hospitality
• Assist with cleaning duties including dishwashing, surface sanitizing, and waste disposal to maintain a hygienic environment

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred, especially in breakfast or buffet settings
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential
• Experience operating kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, toasters, or warming trays is advantageous
• Background in fine dining or catering environments enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service
• Proven ability to handle weighty items safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor in face-to-face interactions
